MEET JACQUELYN
Hi, I'm Jacquelyn
I am a systems-minded problem solver who believes meaningful work should not be weighed down by unnecessary chaos.
With more than a decade of experience in hospitality, event planning, business support, event planning, and virtual operations, I have learned how to take complicated, behind-the-scenes work and make it feel clearer, calmer, and more manageable.
Today, I help missionaries, ministry teams, and purpose-driven businesses strengthen the practical systems supporting their work so they can spend less energy holding everything together and more energy on the calling that matters most.

HI, I'M JACQUELYN.
I Believe Good Systems Should Support Your Calling, Not Compete With It.
I'm a systems and operations professional who loves turning complicated, behind-the-scenes work into something clear, practical, and sustainable.
With a background in hospitality, project management, business support, event planning, and systems development, I've spent years helping people organize the details that keep important work moving.
Jacquelyn Fields Ministry Systems grew from a desire to use that experience specifically in service of the Great Commission, supporting the missionaries and ministry teams working to advance the Gospel around the world. My passion is to lighten the administrative load so more time and energy can stay focused on the calling that matters the most.
For me, good systems don't require more from you; instead, they help you steward your time, people, and resources well.
